Regular Admission
The profile of professionals who we are looking for the Program to continue their education is mainly Chemists and professionals of correlated areas.

The selection for the Master’s Degree has two phases. In the first phase students have to take a test in which their knowledge in all four areas of Chemistry is evaluated. Students who score less than 30% of the highest grade are eliminated of the process. In the second phase the students’ curriculum vitae is evaluated. It is taken into account in which activities the student took part, such as: scholarships, participation in scientific events, paper presentation, internships etc.
Similarly, admission for the Doctoral Degree begins with a test in which the student's knowledge in all four areas of Chemistry is evaluated. But unlike Master's Degree selection, students who score less than 30% of the highest grade are not eliminated of the process. In the second phase a research proposal is evaluated (it is taken into account the student's capacity to propose a feasible project and to defend it orally afterwards, as well as their knowledge regarding the topic and their behavior before an examination board). In the last phase the students’ curriculum vitae is evaluated. It is taken into account in which activities the student took part, such as: scholarships, participation in scientific events, paper presentation, internships etc.
